3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information and required assets.

  • Respond to requests and approvals in a timely manner.

  • Ensure they own or have rights to all provided content, logos, creatives, and materials.

  • Comply with advertising platform policies including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other third-party platforms.

Famecraft360 is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or delayed approvals.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All payments must be made as per agreed proposals, invoices, or contracts.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

  • Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.

  • Any third-party ad spend, software subscription, hosting, or tool charges are separate from service fees unless mentioned otherwise.

5. Performance Disclaimer

While we use proven strategies and AI-powered systems to improve business growth and marketing performance, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific revenue outcomes

  • Sales numbers

  • Lead volume

  • Search engine rankings

  • Ad platform approvals

  • Viral or guaranteed social media growth

Marketing results depend on multiple external factors including market conditions, competition, budget, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, designs, strategies, graphics, automation systems, and materials created by Famecraft360 remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

After full payment:

  • Clients receive usage rights for delivered assets unless otherwise agreed.

  • Famecraft360 may showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, or case studies unless restricted by written agreement.

7. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not intentionally disclose confidential business information shared during projects unless:

  • Required by law

  • Approved by the client

  • Already publicly available

Clients are also expected to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary processes and strategies shared by Famecraft360.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as:

  • Meta Ads

  • Google Ads

  • WordPress

  • Make.com

  • Zoho

  • Calendly

  • Shopify

  • Hosting providers

  • CRM systems

We are not responsible for outages, account suspensions, policy violations, or technical issues caused by third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Famecraft360 shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Business interruption

  • Data loss

  • Revenue loss

  • Advertising account suspension

  • Platform algorithm changes

  • Security breaches caused by third-party systems

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Payments are overdue

  • Abusive behavior occurs

  • Fraudulent or illegal activities are detected

Clients may terminate services based on agreed contract terms. Outstanding dues must still be cleared.

11. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Service fees are non-refundable.

  • Setup fees, strategy fees, consultation fees, and advertising spend are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not provided for partially completed work already delivered.

12. Website Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or servers

  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission

  • Use the website for illegal activities

  • Upload malicious code or harmful content

  • Misrepresent your identity
